| Loved everything about this hotel - great service, lovely staff... A small suggestion - should have a pool for adult only, as it was so hard to have a good swim & relax with so many kids in the pool. |

| Overall a good experience. Room, service, cleanliness, etc., was as expected.
Check-in staff seemed a bit unhelpful. Checked-in at about 1930, asked her if there are still seats for dinner. She said all fully booked and asked us to find a place outside! I walked over to the main restaurant (just across the lobby) and they gave us a table straight away!
But rest of the staff was friendly and very helpful, especially the staff a the restaurant, which I had several meals in. |

| Highly recommended, comfortable, clean and great surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff. Tour desk staff also very helpful. |

| We were upset with the hotel and so were other guests.
THe hotel is under never ending renovation.
Slow elevators, noisy construction, smelly rooms. We couldn't stay beyond the 2 days we had booked and transferred to another hotel nearby.
They over billed us provided us with service which was quite ordinary.
Stay if you cant afford other nearby hotels |

| we requested a non-smoking room but didn't get it until the second day. other than that, we had a fabulous stay. the gym is pretty good, pool area is great and they did daily pool sport activities, right off the beach where you can watch the sunset while getting a massage, and participate in many watersport activities. The beach side restaurant was under construction and they are undergoing a facelift throughout, though I didn't notice much of an inconvenience for that. |
