| A great retreat hotel for families with children, energy-filled toddlers esp. Pool slides and sand at the pool are highlights for young kids. Also, playroom for children who wants to be away from the sun or rain. Overall, a great place for families who wants to have a 'rocking' stay at Penang! |

| We wanted to bring our 2 yrs-old and 4 yrs-old for a short holiday, and I chose this hotel base on the photos on the swimming pool, playroom, and reviews. It live up to our expectation, the kids are thrilled by the different kind of pools. I highly appreciate that the kids pool have a swim guard stationed there.
I highly appreciate that the kids pool have a swim guard stationed there. The playroom also have organised activities that I can leave my older girl with for an hour.
I have to compliment the high standard of service that its entire staff displayed. You can feel that they are happy to work there, and truly want to contribute to your happy holiday in every way. Even my elderly parents enjoyed the hotel.
The rooms are also nicely decorated, cleaned and well spaced. Breakfast spread is good. Overall, we are very happy with this hotel, and certainly stay with them when we come for holiday again. |

| Great hotel Wihurin nice pool area. Highly recommed lagoon room as it has own patio with straight access to the pool! Service was great all the way. Hotel was a bit far from everything but it didn't bother us as we were there only two nights and we had everything needed at hotel area and nearby. Hotel is located right on the beach and there was all kone of water sports available. Didn't go swin in the sea as there was warning of jelly fish and we've heard that there really are those quite a lot. Some nice beach bars nearby with way cheaper beer than at hotel area. :) |

| Batu Franggi is a decent beach, but the sand can be course and the water is never really clear. The Hard Rock is probably the best place to stay on the beach. The have an amazing pool, are located right on the beach, and have a really good house band. I would stay there again. |

| the very good selling point in this hotel is the swimming pool and near the breach side, we love the pool and swim everyday. If u want to go out it's hard becoz u cannot even find a taxi to come back to the hotel. |

| A very lively and yet relaxed hotel. Well maintained and with good entertainment. Their greatest strength is their excellent hotel staff who seem very happy to be there looking after the guests.
Location is good but perhaps a little isolated; need to take a 5 minute taxi ride to nearest pharmacy. There are also no shops in the vicinity.
We will be back soon!!! |

| It seems this hotel is used for conferences and we found the place very crowded and busy. One of the restaurants was closed at lunch time for conference users. I thought the breakfast buffet was very poor quality. |

| Everything was nice except for the super crowded swimming pool. It's as if we paid for 5-star hotel but got a public pool. It was quite obvious that some groups of people were not guests. |
