| very nice hotel. I check out very early in the morning at before 6am and the lady at the check out counter still on her hotel slipper!! |

| stayed in this hotel during the penang bridge marathon
the hotel does not really impress u when u enter as they adopted an alfresco design in their main lobby, not like other hotels where the main lobby is air conditioned.
hotel staff service is good, i checked in less than 10 mins.
however upon entering my hotel room, i find it quite well furnished and maintained. tv channels are not exactly alot but can still be considered adequate. hotel is situated at the top of a hill, so there is nice view all round. can see the sea from my room. bed is comfy.
toilet and toiletries are considered one of the best.
all in all, a good experience with hotel equatorial penang. |

| This is a decent hotel. Services are great. If you need a hotel for lay over, this hotel is fairly closed to airport. The only problem with hotel is distance to any where else in Penang. You will need taxi services to go every where on the island. It become costly after awhile. |
