| Hotel is strategically located to food and shopping areas. However, hotel must supply adequate room amenities like providing toothbrush and face towels. Also my bathing towels was not changed for my 2 nights stayed until I have to request for new ones. |

| The location of the hotel is not near George Town. It takes 20 mins taxi ride to get there. There is not much to shop or eat around the hotel which however may suit people who like a bit quiet location. The hotel though a bit old with old fashioned TV set, the room is quite spacious and clean and neat. The breakfast buffet is not bad. |
