| フロントスタッフの対応は非常に良くない。ただし日本語担当のやせたおじさんレイモンド？さんは最高の人です。この人がいるといいのですが・部屋や設備は全く問題ありませんし レストランの応対もいいですよ・問題はフロントの対応だけですね プールもいいし 屋台もすぐ目の前にあり プールを抜けたビーチがとても良い。 |

| 値段のわりに、部屋は大きく従業員も親切でした
近くに食べるとこもあり、便利。
ジョージタウンからも、タクシーですぐです。
ワイファイは、ロビーのみ使用でき、有料です。
長期滞在の、日本人も多くいました。
一流ホテルに比べたら、多少劣ります。
ホテル自体も、少し年数が経ってるので、潔癖症の方には、向いてないかも？
値段からいえば、お得です、。 |

| The Hotel is ok. When first check-in at 11:00, they processed my check-in but w/o room as no room available yet. At 2pm after lunch went to front desk they completely forget about my earlier check-in and have to wait for room allocation. Front desk service is poor with not too sure whats happening attitude. Room service is good. Location is quite convenience. We took bus to town and Batu Feringgi. Bus is aircon and good. Hotel tour agent is a bit rough and hasty. Better to befriend the concierge and ask for transport assistance. Give them tips and they will be freindly to you during your stay. Swimming pool area is abit cramp. B/fast service is good and got my seat in a matter of time. |
